1.) I'm a very ambitious person, who loves to have a good time and try new things, I am scared of nothing (except maybe those freakin' weird scarecrows in Braselton)
2.)I"m not from around here but from Cape May, New Jersey, where I plan to return after I attend college and enter the Coast Guard there.
3.) I love my life and wouldn't change it for the world, I have the most amazing parents who support me in everything I do, that even if they don't approve of it, I have the Best friends a person could ask for, from bailing my stupid self out of jail to driving to Cape may to save me from my crazy grand parents, I would do anything thing for my friends.
4.)I'm generally a happy person who doesn't believe in depression...
5.) I don't really have a sympathetic emotion, I know its a bad thing but once you've been taken advantage of so many times you give up caring about other peoples problems...I mean its their problem right...let them deal with it...its not my life its not my drama...I've learned to listen and watch, instead of speak and act.

Well, I think there's a difference between sympathizing with other people's problems....
...and letting them consume you so much that they become YOUR problems. I don't think it's a bad idea to stay out of other people's problems. Most of us have enough of our own that we don't need to take on other people's.
I'm curious about that jail thing...I'm very surprised. :)
I am also a risk taker, and I think it's very cool that you want to join the Coast Guard. I had a student last year (I was her mentor) who leaves for Coast Guard basic training next month.
