Superhero

If you could be a superhero, which one would you be? (You can make up a brand-new superhero if you want to.) What special powers would you have? How would you use your powers?

I would be a superhero who can fly. I don't really care what else I could do I just want to fly. to be able to leave whenever I want to and to go where ever I please. to just get up and take off when I'm tired of one place or one situation and just put it in my past and leaving behind not wallow in my pity of current situation to be able to turn on the drop of a dime and leave the place that I'm in. As a superhero I really wouldn't want to be one, I don't want other people to rely on me to save them every person should have their own self-defense not trust someone else to do it for them. I don't see a need for superheros ...but I think it would be awesome to fly. I mean to just take off and not need cars or boats or trains to just leave at your own free will when you please.

need it or want it?

Writing Topic #4 -- What Could You NOT Do Without? What COULD you?

In todays society AI and robotics (AKA-- everything that is computerized) are part of everyday life...look around you now how many people have cell phones, I-pod\MP3 players, computers, refridgatrators, dishwashers, and cars. All of these are things that make our lives "convienent"? but do we need them? yes and no. you see unless you plan on living on a farm and growing and raising you own food, your going to need a car, what about calling all you friends everday how about your far away relitives? what would you do with out your fridge? you couldn't have milk, or anything that needs to stay cold. all in all, we need technology people would be lost without it, humans have began to rely on everything electronical.

As for me, I don't need a cell phone although would freak if i had to break out and write my bestfrind on a pen and paper like I do my crazy old g-ma who refuses to update her life. (AKA she still canns her tomatos). with out a car...I think thats pretty much a nessity in todays society, you don't need your own personal car but you do need to know someone who has a car or public transportation... other things ...I think i could give up the dishwasher but not the laundry machienes... the computer... well thats a diffrent story, I don't honstly know what I would do with out the computer..well actually I do know...I would be failing my senior year horribly at high school ...I could do with out my credit card though...

Accidents

Writing Topic #3 - Tell how you could have avoided some bump, bruise, or some other accident

Okay, so I'm a bit of a klutz. I'm always running into to things and tripping over stuff, even my own feet. Its actually quite embarrassing. so for me to avoid accidents I think I should be more attentive and pay attention to where my feet are going.

so i found this subject kind of hard to write about, I think that this subject didn't ask a broad enough question for me to write alot about.

5 Facts

Write 5 (or more) facts about you. They don't have to be out-of-this-world, amazing, astounding, impressive things. Just some facts you don't mind sharing. Keep them school appropriate, please, and limit your comments on other people's blogs to the writing itself, not the person.

1.) I'm a very ambitious person, who loves to have a good time and try new things, I am scared of nothing (except maybe those freakin' weird scarecrows in Braselton)

2.)I"m not from around here but from Cape May, New Jersey, where I plan to return after I attend college and enter the Coast Guard there.

3.) I love my life and wouldn't change it for the world, I have the most amazing parents who support me in everything I do, that even if they don't approve of it, I have the Best friends a person could ask for, from bailing my stupid self out of jail to driving to Cape may to save me from my crazy grand parents, I would do anything thing for my friends.

4.)I'm generally a happy person who doesn't believe in depression...

5.) I don't really have a sympathetic emotion, I know its a bad thing but once you've been taken advantage of so many times you give up caring about other peoples problems...I mean its their problem right...let them deal with it...its not my life its not my drama...I've learned to listen and watch, instead of speak and act.

How do you Measure Success

What is success? How would you define it? How will you know if you are successful? Think about some people you would describe as successful. What characteristics do they display?

Success to me is measured in how you look at it. Its a personal thing, success varies with every different person. for me success would be to have a happy family and a good job. but to someone else success might be to be a millionaire or see the world. I would define success as the personal self fulfilling aspect of life when you are successful you are content with everything. I believe that when you feel like you have accomplished what you wanted to get done then you have been successful, if you do this in every aspect of life then you live a successful life. use my mom for example she is a very successful women, despite the fact that she and my father were both high school drop outs (success not being found in eduaction), they have come a very long way my parents both make expetional money with out a "high education". they both love their life and wouldn't like to change it. My parents love thier children, we have struggled in life times get tight but we all work together and we enjoy helping each other out. my parents live a very sucessful like and a have built a strong home and a beautiful family.
